Waist, Thighs & Abdominals.

Place one foot on the Vibrostation and the other in front of it.

Shoulder Press


Shoulders & upper arms.

Assume a raised ‚Äėpress up‚Äô position with both hands on the plate. Your bottom will be in a higher position and this will allow the plate to work the shoulders.



Legs, Shoulders, Abdominals & Thighs.

Place both feet of the Vibrostation with your knees slightly bent. Place your hands on your hips.

Triceps Dip


Upper body & Arms.

Assume a raised seated position using both hands to lift you away from the plate. Make sure that you tense your body.

Arm Rotation



The bands are being used for arm curls to exercise the arms and supporting muscles in the core. This is also a great cardio workout when done at speed.

Side Raises


Upper body.

An alternative way to exercise the upper body, particularly the shoulders and the lateral muscles in the upper back.



Legs, buttocks & core muscles.

Standing on the Vibrostation exercises the legs, buttocks, and core muscle as the muscles are called upon to keep the body in balance.

Chest Alternator



Moving arms alternately, pull a resistance band across the chest toward the bicep of the relaxed arm.

Push Up


Arms, Chest & Shoulders.

Assume a ‚Äėpress up‚Äô position and hold.

Back Arch


Abdonimals and Back.

Lie down in front of the Vibrostation with feet on the plate. Place arms flat on the floor. Raise your pelvis so that the body may form a straight line.
